Returns and exchanges

If an item is defective in any way, we're very sorry. We will gladly replace your item or issue store credit for any damaged or defective products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we'll get on it to make sure you get what you need!

We know buying online can be difficult when you are unfamiliar with the product.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the items you need.  If you have made an error though, unopened or unused products may be returned for store credit at buyers' expense for postage within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange.

With large returns a 5% restocking fee may be applicable.  It can take a while to pack beads up you know:)

THIS EXCLUDES ANY ITEMS ADVERTISED AS 'CLEARANCE' STOCK, WHICH ARE MARKED WITH A *D*. ALL SUCH SALES ARE FINAL AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.

Occasionally our system numbers and the stock at hand in our office may conflict.  In this case we will contact you to find out how you would like to proceed.  This can affect shipping times if we do not hear back from you in a timely fashion.  Please check any messages you receive from us after you have placed your order to ensure speedy delivery.
